Thank you for choosing Off Road Trail Tools. Your satisfaction is one of our primary goals. We expedite each and every order that we receive. We make it easy for you to order by choosing any one of the methods listed below. We are available to answer any questions you may have about placing orders or products.

Ordering online is safe. We respect your privacy (or your privacy matters to us). Personal information such as name, address and credit card are necessary for shipping and billing purposes. We do not share your personal information with any other companies. We make sure that your order is secure by using SSL software, all personal information is encrypted.

Monday – Friday:  8:00 to 5:00 Mountain Standard Time (summer months we're the same as Pacific Standard Time). 

Saturday: 9:00 to 1:00

Payment Methods:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, money orders, cashiers checks (for prepaid orders). Only parts being shipped will be charged for. See special orders for exceptions. Personal and company checks are also accepted, but please allow sufficient time for bank clearance before the order ships. No C.O.D.’s to foreign countries or P.O. Boxes. Refusal of a C.O.D. order requires prepayment for all future orders. Shipping and handling charges are additional. AZ orders are charged sales tax.  In the even that an item is back-ordered, we will keep it on back-order and ship as soon as possible. If you want us to cancel, please let us know in advance. All orders are handled in U.S. dollars.

Shipping:

Most orders are shipped with in 24 hours via UPS, FED EX, or U.S. Post Office. Expedited services such as next day air, etc are also available at an additional cost if you should need faster service. Orders that require air shipping are charged by dim weight. Saturday deliveries also available in some areas. All Shipping and handling charges are the customer’s responsibility, along with C.O.D. fees, insurance, customs fees, oversize, etc. We must have a physical street address. PO Box will not be accepted for UPS orders. C.O.D. shipments must be paid by cashier’s check or money order.  Alaska, Hawaii and foreign countries have different circumstances. Please call if you have any questions.

Domestic Shipping
Shipping and handling costs are in addition to the item cost, and are calculated when we package the order. We use UPS Ground for domestic orders unless otherwise specified. We charge what UPS charges us, rounded up to the nearest evenn dollar invoice amount.

International Shipping
USPS Global Express Mail is used for international orders, unless otherwise requested, Shipping costs are added to the final order total. A processing fee is added to all international orders due to the amount of time it takes to process all the customs paperwork and hand deliver to the Post Office. Total shall be payable in U.S. funds only.

Special Orders:

All special orders must be pre-paid in advance and are not returnable due to their nature. Please allow sufficient time to process specials. Warranted for workmanship and defects only.

Damaged Goods:

Each order is packed very carefully before it leaves here, but there have been times when a carrier has mishandled a package. In the event, please notify carrier ASAP. Keep all packaging materials, boxes, boards, etc. The carrier will then come out to your place and inspect the damaged goods. They will then notify us.

Shortages:

Notify us within 48 hours after receiving goods so that we may satisfy your order in a prompt manner. Please inspect all packages and parts immediately.

Returns:

At Off Road Trail Tools, we like to provide our customers with the best possible return service. Please call for an R.G.A. number. A return goods authorization number is required prior to returning parts. Restocking fees of 20 % will be charged. All parts must be re-sellable and not installed and or assembled, with instruction sheets, hardware and in original packaging. Returns must be pre- paid and insured. We recommend that you use a carrier that can provide a tracking number and insurance to ensure that your package arrives at our location. Off Road Trail Tools will not be held liable for products lost in transit and assumes responsibility once it has been signed for by our receiving department. C.O.D.’s will not be accepted. Product must be returned within 30 days of the invoice with the original invoice. Special orders, opened books, videos, DVDs, decals, and electrical items are not eligible for return

Warranty/ Liability                                               
We want you to be satisfied with the parts you purchase from us. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, please let us know immediately what we can do to correct the situation. For parts manufactured by us, our guarantee is limited to replacement of parts. For those made by other manufacturers, we will honor their warranty policy. Abused, altered, mis-installed, improperly used or neglected parts are not eligible for warranty. Parts installed on any race or competition type vehicles are excluded from warranty. Off Road Trail Tools is not liable for any labor charges or damages, or injuries of any kind. End user accepts full responsibility of merchantability and fitness. Installation and or use of said parts/products implies acceptance off all terms and conditions. Every effort must be made to ensure proper applications. Not responsible for typos’ or inaccurate information.

General:
All products on this website and catalog/brochure are for off road use. Parts are for personal use and non commercial use. They have not been approved by any agency. Check with appropriate/local agencies before installing these parts. Consult with an appropriate professional service for installation. Any modifications made to your vehicle may create a dangerous condition and could cause bodily injury. Modifications and or installation of aftermarket parts may void your warranty. Customer acknowledges this and assumes all risks. In no event shall Off Road Trail Tools LLC be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or any damages whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of the products.

In purchasing parts and or products from Off Road Trail Tools LLC I /we hear by waive and hold harmless Off Road Trail Tools LLC and it employees, servants, agents, from any liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action arising from the use of these parts and or products related to loss, damage, injury, including death.

We reserve the right to change any polices, procedures, prices, terms, specifications with out notice. This information supersedes any previously printed polices

Cores/Exchanges

Cores must be returned with in 21 days from date of purchase. Core Charges are not refundable after 21 days. Please note: Off Road Trail Tools reserves the right to make final determination to the acceptability of core

There is no connection and or affiliation between Off Road Trail Tools and Daimler Chrysler Corporation. The term, marks and or logos: Jeep, Wrangler, Rubicon, CJ, Mopar, are used for identification purposes only and are registered trademarks of Daimler Chrysler.

Off Road Trail Tools is not affiliated with Mag-Lite or Streamlight. Mag-Lite, Mini-Mag Lite, Stinger are trademarks of their respective companies.
